Federal Law Enforcement Foundation

www.federallawenforcementfoundation.com

Established in 1988 by a group of concerned business leaders who recognized that, despite the incalculable contribution law enforcement agents make to our quality of life, the economic protection they receive is often inadequate in times of tragedy or disaster. The foundation is certified as a charitable organization and operates on an all-volunteer basis with no paid employees. Their programs are in 200 communities and 9 foreign countries.

The Disabled Veterans' LIFE Memorial Foundation

www.avdlm.org

The Disabled Veterans' LIFE Memorial Foundation is a non-profit organization formed in 1998 to raise the funds necessary to design, build and construct a memorial to honor the more than 3 million men and women who have become disabled while serving in the Armed Forces of the United States. These permanently disabled soldiers carry home life-altering disabilities-stern reminders of the price of freedom. They have honored us with their service and it is now our turn to honor them. For the first time in our nation's history, a monument in our nation's capitol will pay tribute to some of America's most courageous heroes as well as their loved ones and caregivers whose heroic devotion is a source of strength for them as they are striving to heal.
