See some touching thanks that blossomed in the desert.Dazzled in the Desert! The Moment of Thanks team recently set out for the sweltering heat of Henderson and was overwhelmed by the warmth of this proud military community. Not only did Mayor Jim Gibson generously make time to thank the troops, but the whole City Council took the time to express their feelings. We also had the pleasure of hearing from some folks from the local VFW whose bright humor matched their honor. We must thank the Mayor's office for its hospitality and some very cold water!WIN A KODAK CAMERA!Leave a message for the troops by midnight ET on August 31st, and have a chance to win one of three Kodak V803 cameras.
